Thank you for your interest in attending one of our events. All of our applications are handled via the www.renregister.com website. However before you go there, if you are a new guild or vendor, please take a moment to read on:
[ Street Characters & Cast Members ] [ Guilds & Troupes ] [ Vendors ] [ Stage Acts ]
- Street Cast: We are actively seeking individuals to play street cast and theme characters. If you are interested, please email Marti.
- Guilds & Troupes: Is there already a guild which is attending the event which does a similar theme? We are only actively soliciting applications from our existing lineup of groups. If you wish to attend as a guildie, please contact one of the established guilds for membership. If you believe you have something genuinely new to offer as a presentation, then by all means send us a proposal.Street troupes who have a schedule and stick to their performences are also always desired.

- Vendors & Artisans: We are always looking for new artisans who create their wares while at an event or demonstrate it’s creation. Please review the existing vendor listings before submitting an application if you are a jewelry or clothing vendor – if your offerings are already the same as what’s being sold by others, then you will likely not be accepted. We are also extremely interested in vendors who have booths which are creation/activity booths (candle making, hand wax dipping, craft creation, etc.)First year vendors can apply with well decorated pop-ups, however by their third year they will be expected to have moved to wood frame structures or pavillions. Car ports count as pop-ups.
